After reading Marshal McLuhan's work I found this interesting quote that was relatable. The "book is an extension of the eye" is one of Marshal's ideas that our senses have extensions we don't always realize. Everyone understands that when you read you visualize what is happening. Another thing to think about is how reading forces you to use your imagination. I wanted to represent the world building that readers imagine.
